Shipping

We only ship to New Zealand addresses.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving your payment. If, for some reason the order is delayed or unavailable, we will contact you and offer a refund. Please note that rural deliveries may take several days.

Refund Policy

Every item we sell reflects our commitment to give you the best quality, service and value. If a refund is required, items sent back in their original condition must be received within 10 days of notification. If items were sent in error from us, then we will happily pay for the return costs. Once we receive your returned items a credit card refund or reverse bank payment will be issued to you within 10 days and you will receive an email confirmation. (For direct credit payments we will require your bank account details for a refund) Postage and delivery costs are non-refundable for all exchanges except for damaged goods. Please ensure products are wrapped securely and appropriately.
