Boron's role includes supporting bone metabolism, joint health, immune function, energy, and brain function.

Chromium
Chromium is most famous for the support it provides in maintaining healthy blood sugar balance. Deficiency of chromium can result in gestational diabetes, high cholesterol, nerve disorders, and high eye pressure.

Magnesium
Magnesium assists over 300 enzyme reactions in the body. Used to produce energy, manufacture proteins, encourage normal cardiovascular, muscle, nerve, bone and cellular function.

Selenium
Selenium inhibits fat oxidation, assists in thyroid and immune system functioning. When combined with Vitamin E, selenium is a powerful antioxidant.

Zinc

Copper
