Active ingredients:  Homoeopathic potencies of Acid Phosphoricum 12x, Avena Sativa 12x, Humulus Lupulus 24x, Ignatia 60x, Nux Vom 30c and Zinc Valeriana 12x                    

Inactive ingredients:  Purified water, 11% alcohol

Dosage

Acute:

Use 2 sprays per dose every 15 minutes for up to 6 doses then 3 times a day as required.

Chronic:

Use 2 sprays per dose orally 3 times a day as required.

Reduce frequency if symptoms improve and stop use if symptoms are alleviated. Equally if symptoms persist or worsen, stop taking the remedy and consult your healthcare professional.
