Directions

To use: Mix 4 g (approximately 1 heaped teaspoon) into 100ml of full cream milk for the added benefits of trytophan.

For a dairy free option: Add to plant-based milk and enjoy hot or cold.

Alternatively: Add in baking, smoothies, yoghurt, porridge or ice cream.
